About The Workshop:
Let Alex explain the secrets to improving athleticism, speed & agility, and how this links to tennis-specific movement in tennis. This will show you how to ensure your athletes develop the necessary athletic qualities to ensure they can maximise their bodies in the modern game of tennis.
About The Presenter:
Alexander Hynes is an experienced and qualified Tennis coach, strength and conditioning coach, sports scientist and specialist in tennis footwork. He has spent years working with the best junior and senior tennis players in Australia and has a history of success. His ability to link the physical training elements of tennis to the tactical and technical components has come from his experience with athletes such as Nick Kygrios, John Millman, James Duckworth, Ajla Tomljanovic, Pri Hon, Kim Birrell, Dane Sweeny, Chris O'Connell, Jason Kubler, Olivia Gadecki and many more.
Alex is the founder of T-Movement, a company that wishes to share tennis-specific physical training and coaching education in footwork and athletic development with the world. He loves tennis and has spent most of his life either playing or coaching the sport.
